The location is ideal. Walkable to everything the unit is located across from the Library next door to the Roxy and above Chandelier's and only a block from Church Street. The unit itself even overlooks City Market!

The interior of the condo offers hardwood floors throughout, a newly renovated open kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. This unit offer some segmentation but also open concept living with all three areas joining seamlessly. From the kitchen step up into the lifted living room with walls of windows. Next to it on a lower level is a formal dining room space. The condo has 2 bedrooms although one is setup as a potential office space with cabinetry and lighting for a great desk. Full guest bathroom in the hallway. The master suite is very large with a walk-in closet and it's own bath. Please note the walk-in closet does appear to have a backdoor but this is entirely sealed off and is not in anyway and entryway. The whole unit has central A/C, as well as included locked additional storage, key-fob secured building, elevator, and a private underground car parking garage.

This unit comes with 1 Off Street Parking Space located underneath the building. Please note the garage door opens to a max length of approximately 5.8 feet. All other parking is street only. This is designated by the HOA and cannot be altered.

This unit also offers an additional lockable storage space approximately 8 feet tall and 4 1/2 feet wide.

Pets -cats & dogs (under 15 lbs per HOA) are welcomed with approval from the HOA and additional deposit. A dog can be allowed if the site has further filtering measures
