This one of a kind 5+ bedroom, 5+ bath family-friendly home is situated right on the lake in an exclusive neighbor in Charlotte. Certainly one of the grandest homes on Lake Champlain, this home faces precisely west, so that on the equinox the sun sets directly across the lake, over the Adirondacks offering stunning views. In the center of the lawn is a burr oak tree, estimated to be 400-500 years old, with a tree swing and providing gentle shade on summer days. On the main floor there is a kitchen fit for any chef with both a gas and electrical oven. The formal dining table that seats 12 and there is a screened-in porch, living room with cathedral ceilings and panoramic views of the lake, as well as a second master bedroom. Downstairs is a lounge with wet bar, television, and sectional that folds out into a queen-size bed, for late-night moving watching or changing out of your bathing suits. Upstairs there are four bedrooms--including a master with a private deck overlooking lake--as well as a playroom with double trundle bed.

On the lower deck is a hot tub permitted for tenants to use provided they pay for the maintenance and energy costs.

This home also has an in-ground pool that will be closed during this time period.

The upper deck a deck table, gas grill and the lawn an additional picnic table.

Equipped with everything you might need for a mini vacation.

Since this property generally operates as an Airbnb it comes fully furnished. This CANNOT be altered for any reason. Tenants are welcome to of course bring their own belongings but nothing will be removed or stored during their tenancy. They're of course welcome to make use of any and all items found in the home. If this doesn't work for you this is not the home for you.

This property doesn't allow any pets of any kind. All service animal applications will be checked and verified by Petscreening.com and strictly enforced. No cats will be accepted under any circumstance.

Washer/Dryer in Unit.

This unit is strictly smoke free this includes all Vapes, E- Cigarettes, Tobacco and Marijuana etc. Please do not apply for this unit if you cannot abide by this requirement.

This property doesn't accept co-signers applicants must meet criteria for rental on their own merit alone. No more than 3 unrelated occupants may rent this space at one time.

Owner covers Water/Sewer, Lawncare, Plowing, Taxes.

Tenants is responsible for Heat & hot water (Oil), Electric, and Cable/Wifi (this is kept in the owners name and billed back on the tenants ledger. Should tenants wish to use the hot tub this service can be activated and also billed back on their ledger. The energy consumption will be attached to the heat and electric bills and are again their responsibility. Tenants are also responsible for the initial credit criminal background report.
