Cozy Studio Apartment in Currier Park! - This cozy apartment is conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Barre. It is a third floor unit with a great view of Currier Park and is located in a great neighborhood. In the summer months concerts are held in the park along with many other events. Rent is $640/month and tenant is responsible for electric. The heat is electric in this unit however, due to the size and new windows the heat is held in very well. Rent includes trash and recycling, water and sewer, lawn care and snow removal.

Pets negotiable for an additional $25 a month per pet.

Rental Criteria:
$25 background and credit check for anyone over the age of 18 that will be residing in the apartment
Credit score of at least a 600 from one of the applications (or a cosigner)
Rental history (or a cosigner)
1 year lease required
