Luxury Apartment in Petersburg - This newly renovated apartment offers an open floor flan with 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, and an open living/dining/kitchen area. All appliances are included including all stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, and a stackable washer and dryer. Pets are welcome with a $199 non refundable pet deposit and $20 per pet rent a month. (Limited to 2 pets per apartment) All utilities will be included (cable/internet, water/sewage, trash) in a $99 a month fee except electricity which will need to be set up prior to moving in.
