Housemate wanted! I live alone in a small bungalow about 10 blocks from SVU. I will charge $400 monthly rent, plus yardwork and house and pet sitting, for my spare bedroom, shared bathroom, and full use of the house and yard. It will be a housemate situation, but most weekdays I will be working until the evening, and traveling two weekends per month. I will pay all utilities. Student will be expected to pay $400 per month rent, do yardwork, and pet and house-sit for two dogs and two cats when I travel. Lease contract will be for the SVU school year 2022-2023. I will consider summer session 2022.
