John Street Place- 324 13th St. Apt 02 (University Apartments)

I am looking for a sublet in my four bedroom, two bathroom apartment for this upcoming spring semester. My roommates are three other second-year males, and you would have your own bathroom. The apartment is completely furnished and has an in-unit washer and dryer. The location is about a 12 minute walk to central grounds. It is also close to the corner, about a four minute walk, but far enough that it is quiet in the evenings. Rent is typically $875/month with an additional $40-50 in utilities, but I am lowering it to a flat rate of $575/month. Please reach out with any questions!
