Refurbished unit with 4 bed 2 bath.

Rent listed has utilities included in a flat fee, but I'm willing to negotiate paying the actual utility amounts + flat apartment rent.
150$ subletting fee from management.

Unit is not furnished by default but I'm willing to allow use of my current personal furniture.

CAT and Orange Line right outside of apartment. Goes down to Downtown Mall and the Corner respectively, and both go to central grounds and engineering way.

Kitchen appliances: Dishwasher, range, stove, microwave, modern refrigerator + water/ice dispenser.
