The lease is for one spot in a fully furnished 3B/3B 1194 sq. ft. apartment at The Standard for $845 rent. Address is 853 West Main Street and there is a parking garage plus amenities such as weight room, rooftop pool, sauna, and golf simulator. Utilities are included in $845 rent, and the lease you will be taking over is for a spot in the large double occupancy room, but that can be negotiated with roommates so that you can get a more expensive single-occupancy room.
