It's a 1-bed 1-bath 1st-floor apartment in a complex at 762 King St., right by the BP on Cherry Ave. It comes with an in-unit washer/dryer and kitchen appliances. The place is about a 5-10 minute walk to grounds, the corner, and Tonsler park. It's also just a 5 minute drive from the shopping plaza with the Wegmans. The complex does have a parking lot out front that is permitted ($20 for the year) with great street parking in the evenings.
