One room in this 3-bedroom, 3.5 bath, townhome are available for male students/faculty. Rent is $675 per bedroom. 10 and 12 month leases available. Fully furnished kitchen, dining, living room communal spaces. An extra-long twin sized bed, work desk, and office chair will be provided in each bedroom. Bedroom also includes 2 closets, nightstand, and a private full-bathroom. All utilities and internet are included in rent. All residents must abide by the following rules, no smoking, no vaping, no alcohol, no drugs, no pets, no overnight guests. Noise levels must be kept to a minimum between 10pm and 7am.
