This is an apartment complex very close to EMU (a couple streets down from Park Road), about 5 minute drive to JMU and downtown Harrisonburg, and conveniently located within walking distance of Harmony Square (Food Lion & eateries).

2-bedroom, 1 bathroom ground floor unit with access to a small patio leading out to the yard. This unit is also right next to the communal laundry room. The rental rate is $1,250.00/month and this includes trash cost. Tenant is responsible for water, electric, and cable/internet. Appliances provided include a refrigerator and stove. Dog-friendly but needs approval from landlord. Fenced in dog-yard on the other side of the property.

This property is managed by Old Dominion Realty; they will screen and verify income, employment, rental history, credit, and background checks.

Required documents for applications:
Photo ID
6 paystubs, tax return, or job offer letter that shows the required income. An equation is used for the income approval, but the requirement comes out to be about 3.5x the rent in gross income monthly.
