One room is $673 and the other is $873 with all utilities included. I am located about 2 miles south of GMU off Roberts Rd., walking distance to VRE, Target is across from the neighborhood, major shopping malls in any direction within 20 min. drive. DC in moving traffic is about 25 min. drive. Local grocery stores are about a mile away in any direction. I would say having a car is necessary in this area. There is bus service in the neighborhood, but from what I understand is that it is only during rush hour and it takes a long time to get anywhere by bus. The household is non-smoking. If you smoke you would have to smoke outside. I require a 1 year lease, 1 month deposit, references and credit check.
