Hi! I am looking to sublet 1B1Ba in my 3B3Ba apartment to a FEMALE roommate. Bathroom is attached and room/bathroom are fully furnished with a pool view. Everything is included in the rent (electricity, gas, water, WiFi, etc). Washer/dryer are also present in the apartment. Unit is currently move-in ready. I am a full-time working professional, non-smoker, and like to keep the apartment fairly neat and clean.
