I am looking for a girl to sublease my room at 2111 JPA (Crossroads) for the Spring semester (and potentially a lease takeover for the 2022-23 year and beyond). Rent is $612/month, plus utilities which are usually ~$50/month. It is a 4 bed/2 bath apartment. You will have your own bedroom and share a bathroom with one other girl.

All furniture will be included in the room. There is on-site laundry, free parking, an Orange/Trolley bus stop directly in front of the complex that goes outbound, and an Orange stop directly across the street that goes inbound.
