The duplex features oversize bedrooms, an eat-in kitchen, furnished living room, and updated bathrooms (1.5 bath). Baths are shared. This is a great location within walking distance to UVA hospital, Grounds, Charlottesville's Downtown Mall, and multiple CAT bus stops. This is a perfect spot for a graduate/medical student.

Parking: One parking spot on site is shared. On street parking is nearby.

$850/month/$850 deposit includes all utilities (electricity, trash, water/sewer), washer/dryer, and internet. A 12-month lease is available beginning August 2025 with an option to renew.

This is a co-ed shared house situation with one occupant per room max. Currently, the other bedroom is occupied by a female graduate student who has the expectation of a peaceful, cooperative, clean, and respectful living situation. No pets. No parties. If you are a smoker, please do not apply. There is no smoking on the property -even outside.
