This Two bedroom one bath garden apartment located right in the heart of sugarhouse is going to be available beginning on March 28! I'm looking for a minimum of 30 days but would love to do 60 days or even 90 days.

It is fully furnished and comes with all utilities and Internet.

There is plenty of free street parking in front and there is one covered parking spot in the back although it is very tight so it would need to be a small vehicle.

No smoking. Maximum occupancy would be five. There is a full down sleeper futon sofa in the living room. It's approximately 1200 ft. so it's a large one bedroom! There is a on-site laundry room which is coin operated.

You can walk about 30 steps to hot Bikram yoga, walk one block and you are at sugarhouse coffee walk two blocks and you're at all the best restaurants in nightlife in Sugarhouse!

I will do a minor background check and will take a security deposit. Rent for the month of April will be $2150.

The month May will be $2250.
