I rented through Stone Properties. The landlord is very unresponsive. We put in orders for broken appliances/blinds, half of which still haven't been taken care of despite the landlord telling us they would be over a year ago. Also there are no general maintainance person. We had an electrical outlet that was bad, and I told the landlord many times, even after the apt catching on fire it took him weeks to fix. The parking is a joke, there aren't even close to enough spots, and they are tiny so unless you have a small car it's very difficult to park. The apartments are old and have alot of problems. We have had rat, ant, and many other vermin problems. You do get your own toilet, but you have to share a shower. The Bishopric is really good, but the ward isn't great. I rented from fall '06 through fall '08. ...

The apartments are very run down and often have water line issues. However the location is great the rooms are big and the private bathroom is a major plus! I rented from summer '06 through summer '06.

I will agree with the other ratings that the apartments are run down but the rooms are pretty spacious and you have your own bathroom so it is pretty nice. It also has a nice sized storage closet at the end of the hallway that is really nice. I rented through TPM and enjoyed that they didn't do cleaning checks here until right when I moved out and that they weren't sticklers on rules but they also did nothing for you when you really needed something done. The management over the entire complex is a joke too and never take care of the place - especially not the guys pool and jacuzzi. Parking is a joke here. They boot at 11:00 every night for people without parking passes and they did come almost every night. They even booted over half the residents when I lived here one night because they failed to communicate that you needed to renew your parking sticker. It is also quite far away from campus but there is a bus stop right out on the street so that is pretty convenient if you have a bus pass. I did enjoy living here despite these set backs as it was a pretty big and relaxing place to live and would recommend it despite its negative aspects. I rented from spring '06 through winter '07. ...

TPM was my managment. They are rude, uncaring, unresponsive (my apartment flooded and it took them seven hours to show up), and the apartments are in bad shape. Water damage is evident in most of them. Repairs done in the past are shoddy. Spacious apartments, but it's a trade-off. I rented from fall '06 through spring '07. ...

The Jaccuzzi tubs don't work, the pools are disgusting, the landlords are unresponsive and rude. The units are overpriced and usually have structural damage. the windows almost all have seal failures, and the seals around the doors are faulty, allowing rainwater to come in and rot the carpet pad. the showers are covered in mold, which the landlords just want to paint over. This place is a dump, and the landlords are slumlords. I rented from winter '07 through winter '07. ...

Large Private Rooms Huge jacuzzi tubs in the bathroom, More parking spots then people living there. Each has its own landlord so you may get lucky. Great ward. I rented from fall '02 through winter '05.
