I loved living at Bountiful Court. It was not new but cleaning checks each month help. I have lived in new apartments with no cleaning required and won't do that again. It always had good parking and the owners obviously care about the residents.

This is a great place to live. The new management is wonderful; very friendly, honest, reliable, and easy to work with. They can be picky with cleaning checks, but as long as you fix it, they usually won't charge you. The apartment layout is open and spacious. The kitchen is huge and there are a lot of options for storage. Like most places in Provo, the construction is old but management is slowly renovating the entire complex. You can always find parking on the street or in the parking lot. If you don't have a car, the walk to campus is about 10-15 minutes. I lived in a 6 person apartment with 3 girls in one room which was the only bad thing. Overall, I'd recommend this to anyone! I rented from winter 11 through winter 11. ...

New manager as of Fall '11 and I haven't had any problems (unlike before). Maintenance is super fast. Definitely an older building, but pretty well maintained compared to what I've seen other places. Worst management in Provo. The apartment manager is rude to everyone, and refuses to do her job. the owner treats the tenants like an inconvenience. Ward is fantastic, but the manager totally negates that. Its like being a felon. I rented from summer 10 through fall 11. ...

Amazing place. Management is not always the best, we are charged for many things, and the building is obviously a bit older, but I feel like EVERY apartment building I have ever heard of has had the same sort of things to be complained about. I really don't think you can find a better place when it comes to social life and price, and in my opinion, those things matter MUCH more in the long run than difficult management and ghetto-ness. I loved living here! I agree with the person above if you want a humble abode and a great ward this is the place. The ward was the friendliest, nicest, most social ward I've ever been in. Most of the people are very down to earth and easy going. The apartments aren't great quality and it's about a 15 minute walk to south campus. The landlord is a jerk as far as I could tell but the managers were always some of the sweetest people I've ever met. Maintenance was faster here than I've ever had it, usually same day or next day. Cleaning checks were pretty harsh. I stayed for two years because I didn't believe I'd ever find a more welcoming social environment. I rented from fall '08 through summer 10. ...

I live here now (2010) and I have for over a year. I can't wait for the day I move out! They suck. I live in an apartment with 3 people per bedroom. There's one twin bed and one bunk bed. It's awful. They charged a $5 fee for cleaning checks because my roommate was in the shower. They expect you to pause your whole life for cleaning check days. And then they charged an extra $25 the next day when the cleaning check lady came back and cleaned the tub out. When I complained to management (not yelling or blaming the manager), she kicked me out of her office. CRAZY! I hate this place. I rented from fall '08 through fall '09. ...

This place sucks! Management is terrible. They would not fix our fridge or anything else in the apartment and on top of that they called us "complainers". Furthermore, after passing my fiance on her cleaning check, the manager went back and failed her and charged her $25, all without telling her about it. I would not live here for anything! They have cleaning checks during finals!!! Really dumpy. Far enough from campus that it's a hassle to walk but too close to drive. Social life has really gone down the tubes, not as cool as it once was. I rented from fall '07 through summer '08.

Management and maintenance treat you like crap. They take FOREVER to fix things (even when it's an emergency). They are rude to tenants unless you suckups. Swamp coolers only, and they didn't turn them on until a week after it got hot (the year I lived there). Nothing central about this air, it all comes straight down into the hallway. The carpet was the most disgusting I've ever lived with. And I hope they're not still doing 3 to a room - it's just not big enough. The rent was way too high for 3 in a room and poor conditions.
