The apartment has a bus stop at its gate (bus route no 10) and it takes 5 min to get to campus. The apartment has a shared laundry facility and a soda vending machine on the property. The apartment has central air conditioning and all bills are paid for. EXCEPT INTERNET, you have GOOGLE FIBER and SPECTRUM wires in the apartment, just need to call and get it activated.

The house comes furnished with 2 twin-size mattresses, a dining table, a study table, water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, cooking range with Owen, and a dresser. (My Sofa is a little beat up so I will throw it out but can hold it back if you need it). The apartment has a MASSIVE walk-in closet that can also work as a small storage space 5ft x 10ft. The apartment has excellent sunlight through its massive window 5 ft x 5 ft.

WIll ask apartment folks to give the house a new coat of paint. Will ask them to redo the carpeting, but if you want a wooden floor finish then I can ask them to do that as well.
