I need to move out of Victoria TX unexpectedly in 1-2 months, and would like to sublet my 2-bedroom 2-bathroom apartment at The Pointe.
2nd floor, good pool-view. Close to gym (can see the gym to know if occupied), mailbox and office.
Monthly rent $1365/m + approximately $70/m other fees
I can pay you one month of fee for taking over my lease.
I have lived here for one year, and have been very clean.
