This listing is for the Master Bedroom (3rd floor) with a small private balcony, walk-in closet and a private bathroom with glass shower, dual sinks and a stand alone bath-tub.

There is a small foyer on the 4th floor and an outside Roof Deck! There is also a car garage spot for you. The room is unfurnished allowing you to setup the room to your liking.

Finally a $600 Deposit and a $100 charge to process a Background Check through the Bank will be required once we have toured the property and the lease has been signed.
