Sunny, spacious newly remodeled historic house in charming neighborhood, convenient locale --
just a 2-minute stroll to San Antonio River, Historic Brakenridge Park, the Witte Museum, neighborhood coffee spots like Berry to Bean. City bike share rental station -1 blk away! Hop on a bike to take a 3-mile scenic ride to downtown San Antonio or hop in an Uber to get there in 5 mins! The San Antonio Botanical Gardens are a 10-minute walk away through Mahncke Park. University of Incarnate Word is a 15 minute walk away. Or you can bike and get there in 5 mins. If you bring a car, there is safe and secure parking.

If you're into spaces that embrace old world charm with modern amenities, this is the place for you. This 1922 bungalow has many of its original features (fireplace, crown molding, porcelain tub, original wood floors, 29 restored windows, etc.). Beside the old world charm, this place will lavish you with top of the line organic memory foam mattresses and pillows, quality linens, and toiletries. Place to get comfortable, rest, and rejuvenation.

You'll have your private room w/two twin size beds and hall bathroom only for you. Mattresses are organic top of the line, commonly used by top athletes. You (and your roommate if you bring one) are guaranteed to have very comfortable nights' rests. Please note that there is another room at end of the hall opposite yours where I and my dog stay.

I'm happy to have courteous conversations with my guests. I'm pretty low key and you'll find me either working on my laptop or out hiking with my dog. Happy to socialize if you like. If not, no worries. You must be comfortable around dogs. My dog is pretty chill. She knows that she is not allowed in your room, but if you're out in common areas, she may greet you from time to time. If you so choose, she'll welcome you as her friend, she also knows to give you your space if preferred.
