This is a tiny "cottage" of about 400 SF that is less that 100 yards from the UTMB campus. It has private adjacent parking, a dog-friendly yard, professors living all around, a kitchenette, full bath, and washer/dryer. The bedroom has a double bed with a pull-out "trundle" for short-term visitors. All bills are paid; WIFI and cable are great. Quiet, private. peaceful, convenient and safe. There is ample storage space in the loft.
