I am looking for a girl roommate for my current roommate. We live in a cozy two bedroom, one bath duplex. It is a 5 minute walk from TCU campus! The house has a spacious backyard, covered garage and driveway. Rent is $735 a month + utilities! The house will be completely furnished and has all appliances.
