Our son (18), Parker (pic is silly shirt from b-day) that will be either a freshman at Blinn or A&M Rellis double majoring in Accounting and Finance in the Fall 2021 is looking for 3 male room-mates. Parker is a very easy going guy. He has a funny sense of humor! He likes sports, fishing, working out, doing things outside and will be working while in college. We prefer guys that are not too party crazy, takes college seriously and studies, good personality, mature and an easy going attitude. This is a great - safe community and why we chose this for our son! Now, just need to find some great roomies! The Barracks - super close to A&M, HEB, Kyle Field and pretty much the center of town. Beautiful 4 bedroom and 4 full bath townhome (each person gets own full bath). This is on the A&M Bus route - and only a 3 minute walk to get there! This townhouse is only 5 years old. So the inside is very up to date and nice! 2 full bedrooms and 2 full baths down stairs. And 2 full beds and baths on the 2nd floor. I've used stock photo's or from the listing to show the inside....but the kitchen has tons of cabinets, nice granite counter tops, fridge with ice maker and tons of space. The living room is very large and we plan to buy new furniture as soon as the current tenants move out in July. Small patio area that will have a patio table and you can bring a bike if you want and keep out back. It's so close to The Cove that all the residents love to hang out! And the inside dining area is now open - breakfast and lunch items. Plus a place to just sit and hang out. Also, the TAMU bus picks up there and it's only 3 minute walk!!!! The HOA (cost included in rent) provides full lawn care, exterior maintenance, cable and internet, wakeboarding park, membership to The Cove. The only thing is you are responsible All you need to bring is your bedroom and bathroom items. We plan to furnish the living room and kitchen. 1 room rent is $585 + electricity Lease can start in August and ends July 17, 2022
