Everything is close by which is good. You can walk to school when you need to and you have the mall and grocery store 5 minutes away. There's also a CVS next to it for emergencies. The apartment is conveniently located near campus, however, it has many flaws that make it questionable on if it's even worth the price. The garage is never secure and anyone can get in. There are no camera's on each floor like they promised and are only located in common areas. Hallways are constantly dirty with trash and smell horrendous during the summer from trash bags. ...
