Home was updated 6 months ago with new flooring and updated bathrooms. HVAC and completely furnished with grill and kitchen appliances, utensils, dishware, and pots and pans. Also crock pot, blender, toaster, and coffee pot. Home is in the process of being furnished. Students must provide their own bedding, decor etc. However, you must have a waterproof mattress pad on the mattress at all times.

Home will include 4 queen bedroom sets, dining and living room furniture, washer and dryer as well. More pictures soon as we furnish the home.

Rent price includes utilities, lawn service, and internet. The rent would be $750 per person.
