I am looking for someone to sublease my Northside apartment room for the spring semester. The room is on the 4th floor, Voyager B (9' x 10'), with its own bathroom/shower. The room comes fully furnished with a bed, desk and chair, and a dresser. The main area has a full kitchen and a fully furnished living room, and the apartment is located just by the garage access. The monthly rent is $899 which includes water/WiFi. The lease lasts until July, and the earliest move-in date is Dec. 1.

Note: Only looking for someone to take over the lease in full. No partial.
This apartment is currently shared with 3 other men. Northside leasing do not allow for mixed sex occupancy.
