We accept roommates. All persons living in the dwelling MUST fill out an application. Application fees are $75 per adult (18 years and older.) All persons sign the lease as one entity (everyone signing is responsible for the lease in its entirety.)
*Security deposit equal to one/two month's rent depending on qualifications.-Refundable deposit after proper fulfillment of the lease and all terms.
*$250 admin fee due before move-in. -Non-refundable fee.
*$500 pet fee per animal (max 2 pets.) -$250 PER is refundable.
*Tenant is required to provide utilities and renter's insurance before move-in.
** Tenants are to be pre-qualified before any showings.-MUST PROVIDE: Two valid forms of identification (ID, passport, social security card, etc,) & proof of income (three times the amount of rent.)
