Nice rooms available in new house!

Yes there are two available rooms! One shares a bathroom (nine hundred $) and the other has its own private bathroom (one thousand $). They are both available starting April .

The monthly rent includes water, sewer, garbage, high speed internet, a house Netflix , electricity, pest control and regular housing cleaning.

Once per month I stock the house with toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, tin foil, zip lock bags, and Clorox wipes.

Again, all of this is included in the monthly rent.

I am looking for single occupancy. Pets are allowed with an additional pet deposit.

Smoking allowed outside.

The house is about ten minutes from downtown Georgetown, twenty minutes from Round Rock and thirty to sixty
minutes from downtown Austin depending on time of day.
