I have 1 open room available for rent in my townhome (built Mid 2019). Lease will be Month-Month, includes private bath and use of all common areas. Ideal candidate is mid-late 20's, professional, clean and social. This room will be available through August. I am building another house and will be looking to rent this townhome full-time from that point on. Open to some pets. Room can be furnished with a few items if needed.

About me:
28 Year old CPA, lived in Nashville 3.5 years, social, outgoing. House is more calm during work week, I don't spend much time at home on weekends. Place is kept clean, though I am not a clean freak. Let me know of any other questions. Thanks!!
