I have lived here for three years and had a great experience. There have been typical issues that you experience anywhere, but the leasing office and maintenance team have been excellent at addressing any concerns in a timely manner. The apartment is updated and everything is in in excellent working condition. The unit comes with a parking permit for the surround lots and guest passes are given as requested. Since I began renting in 2020, the listed price to rent is below the market price of any unit that will come available through the leasing office. I am moving out on the weekend of 12/1/2023 and the lease runs through 08/07/2024 at noon.
