The first-floor apartment is fully furnished, with a washer/dryer and balcony. Private bedroom and shared bath with 1 female. Rent is $834 a month and it includes all utilities. Parking is free and there is a shuttle that runs back and forth between campus. The pool and basketball court are right outside the apartment.
