In the recent months there were/are several car break-ins. They happen on a weekly basis. Thus - although the location is very nice - I would not recommend this place.

I have lived in the complex for almost a year and I would strongly suggest not moving to Colonial Grand in Bellevue. The complex is over priced for the poor quality in the apartments as well as on the property. The management staff is is extremly unreliable. I have called with maintanice issues and no one has answered. I left a message during business hours and no one called back to address my issue. I had to literally stop in there after work. They also claim it is a "gated community." However after a large amount of car break-ins they claimed the gates are "only used to help the traffic flow." As a concerned resident I asked what they were planning on doing to control this issue, the simply stated that they sent out a letter to the residents to have us "look out for each other." I asked if they police were going to patrol the area a few times during the night since this is becoming a huge issue and she simply said no. I am greatful my lease is up January 1st 2008. ...
