I am permanently moving to NYC in November, and I am seeking someone to take over my lease (week of 11/13), which ends in June. It's a cozy studio on the first floor of a luxury apartment complex in Berry Hill less than ten minutes from downtown Nashville. It has a patio for you to relax on, too. The apartment complex is very pet friendly, and there is a dog park. There is a gym, and the studio is located right next to the pool. I have reserved parking for an additional $50 per month right in front of the place that can be removed if you don't need it. We can discuss rent amount because it is initially around $1440 but I have added fees for my pets and parking that can definitely be removed before subletting that bring my monthly up to $1550.
