6- MUST VIEW THE HOME PRIOR TO APPLYING.
7- NO PRIOR EVICTIONS WITHIN THE PAST 5 YEARS. ( THIS INCLUDES RENTAL COLLECTIONS THAT HAVE BEEN PAID AND DISMISSED)
