About Southridge Estates
Due to COVID-19, our office will be open by appointment only. We are available by phone and email during our normal office hours. Southridge Estates is located west of Des Moines off of Highway 69. Local conveniences include shopping, dining and entertainment. Community features a pool, picnic area and playground and is just minutes from Adventureland, Ewing Park, Easter Lake and the Des Moines Science Center.
