About Pleasant View�Estates
Due to COVID-19, our office will be open by appointment only. We are available by phone and email during our normal office hours. Pleasant View Estates is located in Watervliet near the 1-94/I-96 corridor. Local convenieces include grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants and entertainment. Community features a playground and clubhouse. Residents enjoy planned activities and events throughout the year!
