Studio @ Olde School Apts - Built in 1885 this building served as a school for the deaf. Some of the historic features of this building still remain, including the high ceilings, stairwells and stone. The building was converted to apartments in 1996 but was vacated for an office renovation in 2002 until the most recent renovations back to apartments in 2016. All apartments are equipped with new appliances, trim, cabinets, carpet and paint. There is also an elevator on site for your convenience.

Tenant pay electricity only. Pets are allowed with an additional $300 deposit, $35 pet rent per month and a one-time non-refundable $45 fee for dogs. Coin operated laundry in the basement.
