Rent information:
Rent is $1,095.00 to $1325.00 a month, deposit is $1,000. You pay just electricity and gas and renter’s insurance. Water, sewer, trash is included in the rent and 1 Free spot in the heated garage. We do allow pets, there is a 25lb weight restriction for dogs and breed restrictions. Pet Fee is $300 per pet (non-refundable), cat rent is $25 a month and dog rent are $35. Limit is 2 pets per unit!
