Thank you for your interest in Tiger way Apartments. We have 1-2 bedrooms to offer. Rent is $1,095-$1,295 a month, deposit is $1,000. You pay just electricity and gas and renter’s insurance. Water, sewer, trash is included in the rent and 1 Free spot in the heated garage. We do allow pets, there is a 25lb weight restriction for dogs and breed restrictions. Pet deposit is $300 (non-refundable), cat rent is $25 a month and dog rent are $35. Limit is 2 pets per unit!
