801 W 5th- 4 bedroom house - This is a large 4 bedroom house with lots of living space. One the first floor there is a bedroom, half bath, living room, dinning room and kitchen. On the second floor there are three bedrooms and a spacious bathroom.

The house does not have any carpet in it, all the rooms have hardwood floors with exception to the bathroom and kitchen which have linoleum.

We recently updated the electrical and put in a high efficiency furnace and air conditioner.

The backyard is fairly private. There is a fence that goes around the portion that is near the street, but it is not completely fenced in.
