Hilltop Manor Townhouses- 2 bedroom Townhouse - This is a spacious two bedroom townhouse. Through the front door is the living room, which leads to the kitchen. The Kitchen has lots of cabinet space, the back door, and a half bath off the kitchen. Upstairs there is a linen closet in the hallway, both bedrooms with large closets, and the full bathroom. The bathroom has a tub/shower in it.

You pay electric. We pay water, sewer, and garbage.

We do allow pets with a $500 pet deposit, and $25 pet rent per animal.

We base our rent amounts on a 12-month lease. If you desire to rent for shorter than 12 months, it will be an additional 20% added onto the monthly rent.
