Step inside and you are greeted by a beautifully updated interior that seamlessly blends modern comforts with timeless charm. The home features two separate structures connected by an adorable and quaint patio, offering both privacy and versatility. At the front of the property you will find the elegant living room. Here you will find plenty of comfortable seating and a decorative fireplace, making this the perfect place to relax or enjoy a cocktail with friends! Just beyond the living room is the updated kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you will need to prepare a home cooked meal which can be enjoyed at the charming dining table with built in bench seating. There is also an adorable bistro table with two chairs on the patio outside of the kitchen if you'd like to bring your dining al fresco!

Upstairs you will find the luxurious master suite with Queen size bed, and access to your own private balcony perfect for people watching on Tradd Street! The large master closet provides tons of clothing storage and also includes a desk and chair to accommodate all of your work from home needs! The master bathroom is also located on this level and features a large vanity and tile shower.

The other side of the home which is accessed by its own entrance features a den with two comfortable chairs and a large Smart TV, a wet bar with wine fridge, full size washer/dryer, bathroom with tile shower and a guest bedroom on the second floor with a queen size bed. The two sides of this home, each with their own separate entrance, makes this the perfect space for two couples wanting a bit of privacy!

One off street parking space is included and is located directly in front of the home. No pets please!

In addition to the security deposit of one full month’s rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $450 upon signing the lease agreement.

All guests staying with Duvet Homes have been granted access to The Wonderer Charleston. This 2-acre private membership club nestled in downtown Charleston is a modern oasis offering resort-style amenities and a Bali-Tulum-inspired atmosphere unparalleled on the peninsula. The property includes a swimming pool, onsite eateries for breakfast, lunch, dinner, trendy cocktails, and of course poolside cabanas! It also includes an indoor gym and
fitness studio with daily classes, a recovery room full of spa therapies, private and shared workspaces, live music, and an active calendar of social events.

Once you confirm your reservation at The Wonderer, you will receive a link to book your time to visit the Campus. Please note, all fitness classes and ticketed events are offered based on availability and may come at an additional cost.
Day Passes are available at the following rates (pre-purchase only):
- Complimentary: Oct 15th - Apr 14th
- Additional Cost: Apr 15th - Oct 14th
- $30 per person: Sunday through Friday
- $50 per person: Saturdays

Any group exceeding 6 or more guests must be approved separately by contacting the Wonderer directly. If using the Pool area, it is required that parties of 6+ rent a Cabana.

All guests must be at least 25 years or older to access the Club and must consent (in writing) to the Club Rules and Regulations.

If access is not granted to the Wonderer during your stay due to availability, no inconvenience credits will be awarded, and any issues related to your visit at The Wonderer must be directed exclusively to The Wonderer staff.*

Other Things To Note:
Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus.
