Hello! I am looking for a female to take over my daughter's lease in a 4bdrm/4bath apartment at Cottages of Clemson for the 2020-2021 school year! Move in is 8/15/2020 with the lease ending 7/31/2021. The cottage is fully furnished, including a washer and dryer. The rent is $590/month and includes internet and trash collection. Electricity, gas, and water are split between you and the other 3 roommates. Average is about $50/month for each person. The Cottages of Clemson is a gated community with a pool on the property and private parking. It is located on the CAT Bus red route which picks up every 30 minutes. If lease signed for January, we will pay for January.
