Hey! Recently, I had an unexpected family situation occur, and I will no longer be able to lease my apartment. The apartment has four bedrooms with four bathrooms and a shared living room and kitchen with three girls. No pets are allowed in the apartment. The roommates are amazing and lovely girls. The rent is cheap and is only $599 a month. There is a fee of $200 for the person who will take over the lease, and I will pay for the fee has I need someone to take over my sublease as soon as possible. The only requirements for subleasing this apartment are that it has to be a female and no pets.
