About Spring 2023 Sublet- The Collective at Clemson
FOR SPRING 2023* 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath. Individual (1) room being sublet, each room has its own bathroom and walk in closet. The two other roommates are both girls. Free parking is available, and residents have full access to the clubhouse, fitness center, study rooms, volleyball courts, and hot tub. There is a bus that runs to campus every school day. Valet trash is included in the rent.
