I am looking for someone to sublease my apartment at Signature Hartwell Village second semester when I study abroad. I am looking to sublease January 1st - July, 2022 (or anything in between). It is $960.00/month BUT I am only looking for $729/month. You’d be living with my awesome roommate Maddie in an 806 sq. ft. 2 bed/2 bath apartment.
