About Private room/bathroom
It's a 4bedroom/bath furnished apartment. You will have your own room and bathroom, and share the kitchen/living room with roommates. The rent is $465 which includes water, internet, and cable. The light bill is separate but low because you will split with other roommates. Move in as soon as April 1st. I will pay the rent for April, so first month free. Lease will expire July 25th. You will have access to all amenities and mailbox.
