January 1, 2024-July 2024 sublease. Private bedroom for sublease. There are 3 male roommates but either a female or male can take over the lease January 1st. I need someone that can take over the lease ASAP. I had to move out to help my mom due to her health issues. Rent is $389 a month and that includes the electric. The water bill is the only separate bill. Wi-Fi and cable are free. Each roommate has their own bedroom and bathroom. The 3 male roommates that live there are clean and keep to themselves and they are Clemson grad students. The application fee is $205. Apartment is move in ready and clean.
